"In creating this concept, we were deeply inspired by the Citizen building itself with its newspaper history and art deco styling. We paired the history of Culver with the idea of tapas bars from Spain and cocktail bars from Paris and NYC. We installed antique wide plank wood floors from an old turn-of-the- century factory in France to evoke a feeling of comfort and warmth."
